We use a file protection system that expires file links after a period of time. 

Sometimes, if you leave a page open too long without clicking the link, it will have expired and you will get an "access denied" message. 

You can correct this by refreshing the page and clicking the link again. This will reset the timer and should allow you to download the pattern.
